01General Terms

bdb9 ("we", "our", or "Platform") is an online casino and cricket betting service provider. These Terms apply to users ("user" or "member") in Bangladesh.

2.3 Account Security

03Age Restriction and Eligibility

bdb9's services are strictly for users aged 21 and above only. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21 to create an account or use the services.

If we suspect that a minor is using our platform, we reserve the right to immediately verify and if necessary suspend the account. Parents should use parental control software to keep their children away from online gaming.

04Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

05Bonus Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdb9 offers new members a 200% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, a minimum deposit of ৳100 must be made for the first time after registration.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (bonus + deposit). That means you must wager 25 times the total of the bonus and deposit amount before you are eligible to withdraw. The original deposited amount also cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• A user will receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The bonus must be used within 30 days from the date it is credited to the account.
• If an attempt is made to claim multiple bonuses using multiple accounts or from the same device, all related accounts will be closed.
• bdb9 reserves the right to change the terms of or cancel any bonus offer.

06Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

All bets and gaming activities on bdb9 are conducted in accordance with Fair Play principles. The random number generator (RNG) and live game dealers used on our platform are verified by a third party.

6.2 Right to Cancel Bets

bdb9 reserves the right to cancel bets in the following situations:

• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or system failure.
• If there is suspicion of match or event result manipulation.
• If evidence of fraud is found on a user's account.
• If winnings are incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.

6.3 Cricket Betting

For cricket betting, bets can be placed on BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other international and domestic matches. Bet outcomes will be determined based on the official scorecard. If a match is abandoned or left undecided, the bet amount will be refunded.

07Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdb9 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Attempting to earn bonuses or rewards by creating multiple accounts.
• Using software bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence to play games.
• Colluding with other members to play in a dishonest manner.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or breach security.
• Creating an account with false information or using another person's identity.
• Harassing or behaving offensively toward other users on the platform.

08Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 bdb9's Rights

bdb9 may suspend or close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.

8.2 User's Right to Self-Close

Any user may request to close their own account at any time. To do so, please contact our 24/7 live chat support. The opportunity to withdraw any available balance will be given before the account is closed, provided that wagering requirements have been met.

8.3 Self-Exclusion
